How I discovered KETO was the right lifestyle for ME...

In 2018, I was mindlessly scrolling through Instagram when I came upon a dish made with veggies, meat, and cheese. It looked delicious. I read the caption and the woman who posted it was talking about how she had lost a few more pounds, then #keto. I quickly found myself going down the IG rabbit whole of keto profiles and posts. How had I never heard of this before? I was already trying to make small changes to my diet by cutting out sugar. But this was NEXT LEVEL. I researched for HOURS... no DAYS. I consumed everything I could on the subject. I found conflicting information on different profiles and sites. But I got the gist of it... high fat, low carb, moderate protein. One week later, I started keto. I was shocked by how quickly I was able to SEE RESULTS. After getting over the keto flu (more on how to avoid that later) I FELT AMAZING. I finally found a way of eating that didn't make me feel deprived all the time. In my first year on keto I dropped 70 lbs and gained a whole new, healthier relationship with food. Now that I knew what did and did not work for me, I decided to put all that information together to help others. I created the Keto Kickstart Program, Total Keto Secrets, and there will be more to come!
